Glynis Rigsby
Glynis has been engaged in scholarship and practice around intimacy work in entertainment since 2014 and has led workshops on consent culture at The New School, Fordham College at Lincoln Center, Pace University, La Guardia Center for Performing Arts and Brooklyn College. She has directed and choreographed intimacy for theater, film, and opera and holds an MFA in Directing from the Yale School of Drama and an Advanced Plus diploma from Theatrical Intimacy Education. Her work for stage has appeared at PROTOTYPE, The Opera Project, Yale Center for British Art and HERE Arts, among others. She is a member of The New School’s Sex Tech Lab and served as Associate Professor of The New School College of Performing Arts until early this year. Glynis was a 2020 recipient of their Innovations in Education Fund grant and was named a Fox Foundation Fellow at Yale.

Heather Ondersma
Heather has worked on close to sixty projects including vertical microdramas, films and plays. Film credits include Fairyland (prod. Sophia Coppola, in wide release Oct 10, 2025), Companion (New Line/Warner Brothers w/ Jack Quaid, Sophie Thatcher), Terrestrial (dir. Steve Pink, w/ Pauline Chalamet), Sundance Audience Award winner DìDi (弟弟), and the upcoming features Josephine (dir. Beth de Araujo), Casa Grande the Movie, and Maintenance Required (prod. Matt Luber & Lena Roklin, Amazon Studios). Heather’s work is seen in the vertical romcom Oops! I Married My Enemy, which just received the 2025 VertiCon Spark award for On-screen Chemistry. Her work on the short film Blood Domina is one of approximately 25 intimate scenes that will be screened at Cintima’s inaugural Flicker Festival October 16, 2025.
